| Program: | TIP is sponsored by Education Services Exchange China (ESEC), a Christian based organization. TIP is recognized by the China Government the most effective English as Second Language (ESL) training tool and endorsed by the department of Education. The goal of TIP is to train up 200,000 elementary school English class teachers from China's poorer regions. |
| Duration: | From three months to 12 months. If you are committing to a one year, you will be provided with a round trip airline ticket from the US to China, local accomodation, plus a monthly stipends. |
East Africa
| Location: | Nairobi, Kenya & Rigali, Rwanda |
| Candidates: | Anyone who speaks fluent English |
| When: | Fall 2010 |
| Program: | Our church is working with Marcia Williams of Canaan Ministries reaching out the regions around Nairobi, Kenya. Marcia can use any of your skills and gifts to work with the local Christian churches and leaders. Ministries will include Children ministries, preaching, teaching, and women's ministries. |
| Duration: | You should commit at least two weeks. |

teaching and discussion about the meaning of engaging in a cultrual exchange of worldview
